How a commercial electrical contractor moves from recognizing revenue leakage to choosing annual or monthly — without a traditional sales process. This is the belief layer; it hands off to the order path and never redefines it.
Each layer ends at a hard boundary and hands to the next. This document owns only Layer 1 and references the others.
Ad → registration → webinar → order path. Movement.
The belief that must fall at each step — non-linear, a network, not a line.
$3,970/yr paid-in-full, activation waived · $397/mo + $297 activation ($694 all-in).
"We already earned these opportunities — we're losing their value after they enter the business." Gets lost-revenue & recovery language.
"If demand arrives before the conversion layer exists, we'll build leakage from day one." Gets prevention & launch-protection language.
A no-demand / no-plan company is never force-sold through leakage language — it's routed to nurture.
No one buys without at least one long-form conviction event or a discussion. The three events are interchangeable, not sequential — and the webinar and VSL are peers, delivering the same belief sequence through different vehicles.
Wants the full guided, registered experience.
Same case, own terms, no form, replayable. Primary vehicle for a large share of buyers.
Wants a person to resolve the last belief. Optional, bounded, late.
One 45-minute presentation, four honest delivery modes so the guided-experience buyer never waits for Thursday. Never fake-live.
| Mode | Role |
|---|---|
| Live flagship | Premium + richest source of real objections & content. Weekly for 6–8 wks, then twice monthly. |
| Recorded, starts ~15 min | Captures the guided-experience buyer now — no wait. |
| Immediate on-demand | Full recording, play anytime. |
| Simulive + live chat | Recorded + staffed chat. Labeled "Recorded presentation · live support in chat." |
Version-routing intake fires at the conviction event (auto-webinar gate, VSL play button) — selecting the Condition A vs. B version of the case.
The dominoes the conviction event must pull, in order. The price reveal is not a clock time — it lands at stage 4.5, right after the Root-Cause Correction, once the viewer understands why they leak. Only then does the number make sense; everything after builds value against it.
The VSL pulls the same spine in ~20 minutes. Whichever vehicle the buyer chose, the belief work is done once — not double-counted.
Attention allocation across the entire motion, not concentrated on the webinar. The conviction event is the biggest single block but it's one block delivered two ways (webinar or VSL) — the supporting layers together nearly equal it.
Supporting layers (AI 10 + follow-up 15 + website 8 + recovery 5 = 38) nearly equal the conviction event (40). Most real conversions are assisted by several touches.
A planning hypothesis. Each modeled buyer gets one final closing route so the total stays 8.5% of the registration cohort. The human call is deliberately the smallest share.
| Route | Pts | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Immediate webinar/offer | 5.00 | 58.8% |
| Behavioral follow-up | 1.40 | 16.5% |
| VSL / website verification | 0.75 | 8.8% |
| AI-assisted | 0.45 | 5.3% |
| Abandoned-order recovery | 0.30 | 3.5% |
| Optional 15-min call | 0.60 | 7.1% |
| Total (one cohort) | 8.50 | 100% |
| Per 100 reg. / 14 days | Read |
|---|---|
| 4–5% | Launch / base case |
| 6–7% | Working target |
| 8.5% | Mature strong target |
| 10%+ | Exceptional |
8.5% is the ceiling target, not the launch baseline. Judge off a rolling ~500 registrants; the 14-day window is the paid-media goal line.
What we'd lose if one stop vanished (overlapping — never summed).
| Component | Loss/100 |
|---|---|
| Core long-form (conviction) | 3.0–5.0 |
| 14-day follow-up | 1.0–1.4 |
| On-demand availability | 0.5–0.9 |
| VSL / verification | 0.45–0.75 |
| 15-min call | 0.35–0.6 |
| AI assistant | 0.25–0.45 |
| Live webinar premium | 0.2–0.4 |
The human is the final certainty layer, not the engine. The whole human layer protects ~0.7–1.0 customer/100; always-on beats bounded by only ~0.10–0.25. So access ladders from zero-labor up.
At launch the "salesperson" is the owner. The rule: never alternate marketing and sales within a day — the system collects questions in marketing mode and presents them in a defined sales window.
Recorded webinar + AI assistant. Always available.
Async video answers, once daily.
Sales calls + high-intent outbound, concentrated.
Live flagship webinar: weekly for 6–8 wks, then twice monthly.
Revenue Conversion Specialist (not a "closer"): live webinar, Q&A/chat, qualified calls, async video, high-intent follow-up, objection intelligence back into every asset. Location-neutral remote. Paid on collected cash.
| Layer | Structure |
|---|---|
| Base | ~$4,000/mo — delivery, availability, CRM discipline, offer mastery |
| Target OTE | ~$6,500–7,000/mo · $60–90k/yr full ownership |
| Assisted close | Annual $250 · Monthly $100 (after 1st payment) + $100 (after 3rd) |
| Cohort bonus (rolling 200+) | 6.5–7.49% → $500 · 7.5–8.49% → $1,000 · 8.5%+ → $1,500 |
| Rep-created opp | Annual 10% ($397) · Monthly $150 + $100 |
Per-100 first-wave cash at 8.5 buyers (~30% annual): annual 2.55×$3,970 + monthly 5.95×$694 ≈ $14,250. The room for CAC + comp + overhead depends on the annual mix pulling cash forward.
